Had a set of little giant step ladders for about 20 years now, trouble is they are a bit on the heavy side to be lugging about so been looking for something a bit lighter, just bought a 3.8m telescopic ladder & got to say easier to carry about, looking at the prices I could get more for the little giant ladders than I paid for the telescopic ones.

I’ve got a telescopic ladder along with a normal 2 section aluminium one. The telescopic is nice and convenient to carry in the MH garage to allow me to access the roof if needed.

I had a telescopic ladder for about five years…they are what they are, never felt particularly comfortable going up it too far as they flex so much. Handy to be able to put it in the boot though.

Took it to the dump when one side collapsed and I nearly went down while I was quite high up.

Never again for me. I would rather be thirty feet up,a,traditional ladder than ten feet up a telescopic.
