People of different nations have fought for this country since well before nelson's time & have largely been very poorly treated for their contribution, that is wrong & always has been, their sacrifice should be remembered & honoured
But in this case Fox is completely correct the inclusion of the Sikh soldier in the context of this film is completely out of place & it is fairly obvious that the 'woke' brigade had a large hand in that hats off to him for bringing it to public attention

I was quite looking forward to the Mary Queen of Scots film that came out recently. Then I saw a trailer which included a black actor with a ridiculously inappropriate afro hairstyle playing the part of the English ambassador to the Scottish Court and was put off completely.
Talk about ticking the box marked "Is your film embracing diversity no matter what, even if it flies in the face of historical reality".
How about a white actor playing the part of Nelson Mandela, then..? Eh...no. Not allowed, not diversity.
When are these f*ckwits going to learn that altering history to suit their liberal woke agenda will have a price in the future...?

One of the things that continually gets my goat with the BBC is it's determination to seek out schools which have a minority of white kids every time they do a piece about schools.
I was rendered speechless when I saw something the other day on BBC news where every kid at some school was white (and co-incidently not fat as f*ck). Then they started interviewing the kids and it turned out the the school was somewhere deep in the Highlands and not one of those from inner city London.
Is it any wonder the EDL, NF and the like are frothing at the mouth...?
One of the other things that the Beeb do that really fecks me off is when they do a story about British Forces and show footage of Yanks instead.
Try doing that with football teams in the sports news and see how many windows you've got left in the morning.

You'll be saying William Wallace aka Braveheart wasn't American next.
Not only were there no Yanks involved in the Great Escape, there were no Yanks in the compound where the 3 tunnels were dug. All the airmen in that compound were either British, Commonwealth or from occupied European countries.
The Yanks were held in a seperate compound where, shock horror, no mass breakout escape attempts were ever attempted during the time that Stalag Luft III was in existence.
Mel Gibson is an American born Aussie of Scottish descent. And much like the Jack Reacher fiasco, he's far too short to play the real Wallace.
