If she’s found guilty and sentenced, it might give his parents some closure. Sure, the Yanks will probably pay lip service and make her serve half an hour in an open prison close to her home, but his parents might rest easy and so might Harry.

On the news this morning they are saying that this case is complicated! WTF!! If you knock some one off there bike and kill them it is called 'Death by dangerous driving', No excuses because you happen to be married to a US worker! (When in Rome) comes to mind!

The only "complication" is this spurious claim that she worked in Intel while at the base and therefore could somehow claim diplomatic immunity.

Nah, she claimed diplomatic immunity on the basis that her husband is/was an intelligence officer. He wasn’t entitled to diplomatic immunity and she certainly wasn’t.

I am glad this hasn't been forgotten but don't hold out any hope for real justice as the septics always protect their own no matter what

It will be very complicated due to differing law / codes and systems etc. Just because someone is knocked off and killed doesn’t mean it’s death by dangerous, there are thousands of other factors in the mix (I’m not condoning what has been done) but it will be complex for sure.

Anne Sacoolas is a CIA officer like her husband. It was widely reported in the US last year. That doesn't automatically give her diplomatic immunity, but as CIA, she's pretty much untouchable anyway.
