After all the furore over the Ched Evans rape case and whether a woman can be too inhebriated to give consent to sex, is it possible for a man to be too drunk to realise that consent has not been given? Just a thought.

But.....

I think there has been cases of that, is it possible if the woman is sober and the man drunk is that assult :dunno:
