Quick note to people who wear party hats in public...Just the fact you are wearing said head adornment does not instantly make you fun and festive..if you have a face like a bulldog eating lemons..You also have to smile as well Same goes for christmas jumpers, socks or god forbid antlers and glowing noses..Thanks and merry xmass!!
