my first bird was an 02 reg. in the first year of ownership i had had five services and done around 18k miles, i got rid of the bike at 18 months old and 26k miles on the clock the trouble i had with the bike was well documented on this site. my second bird an 04 reg is now just turned 1yr old so how many services/miles has this one done/had? well ive not done 8k miles yet!! so did i loose confidence or what. i still enjoy riding the bike but obviously something has changed. :dunno:
