Hard call.. def would not sit on here all day, but would not like to feck off on my own either.

Think I might drag a mate on the chunnel and have a last blast in France b4 the weather gets to much.

2 days off??, split it and make everyone happy, use one to do the school run, chores and look after the wife and the other to totally chill out doing whatever takes your fancy. Gain a few brownie points in the run up to Christmas that way. Let's face it the weather is going to be totally shit for riding or camping in the van anyway.

I know the bird can haul some gear stormer but I dont think it could cope with 110ltr beer, 90ltr of wine, 10ltr of spirits, 3kgs of hand rolling baccy and 3,200 ciggies. And thats if you keep within the C+E recommended quantities

baccie and beer already sorted, is already too cold for pleasure, so france is out.

van has heating!!!! so the weather would be no problem, am doing the school runs etc for 2 days, so that leaves me 2 days to do what i choose.

Top Idea but I'd go for Spain, it's a bit warmer.

Will the bike fit in the van too ?
