It is a double helmet locking device, it looks like metal but it's plastic,
you bolt it on to your bike frame or what ever, tighten all the 4 bolts until the bolts heads break off then ''hay-prest'o'' it's stuck on yur bike for ever ''great'' :cry:
As used by all the top racers, well it gives you that impression looking at the photo on the box :dunno:
