House Rent update

Hi guys

This is an updat on my rented house episode,

Last Friday the young Asian chap who rented my beautiful house and sub let it to 10 other asians (no disrespect to Asians its just fact) at 100 pound a week said to the agent that he was not going to pay the rent.

He was then over 10 weeks behind.

I phoned the guy up and said that if he thought that he and I were heading to court he was mistaken, I had handed the matter over to people who would collect my money and they are not solicitors.

He shat himself

I sent a black mate of mine to the house at midnight that night and he put the shit up the tennants, I followed one of them to work last week so I went to his work the following day and told him he was trespassing and I had hired people to collect the outstanding money. He was on the phone to the guy straight away.

My brother went into the house that night, by now the guy is scared.

He paid a Large amount in cash on the Sunday and put the rest in cash into my account on Monday.

He is due again at the end of this week.

I got into the house on Sunday and its trashed, its a 1930 house in mint condition, new carpets and wooden floors throughout, new bathroom kitchen etc, basically ready to sell, he has yales installed on every door in the house which means the doors are fucked, the bathroom is trashed shower broken and the kitchen is no better.

Grounds overgrown and he changed the back door locks

I found out yesterday that he is letting it to a tour company for asians who visit the uk !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going in on Sat and fucking the lot out,

The cunning bastard who organised this rental scam wants fookin throwing in a river with his hands bound up.
It makes me soooooooo mad to sit and watch the country going to the gutter but if we stand up and say anything we're deemed to be an 'IST' of some form wether it be 'racIST', sexIST, nationalIST or what ever,,,,it is ALWAYS ALWAYS the innocent that is shat upon..
There WILL be a BIG turn of events in this country very soon and it WILL be very ugly,, if this were AMERICA then BLAIR would have been assasinated by now..........

I'm with you all the way on this one Rhino, I work in a Max security prison, and we have Governors going round calling all the nonces 'mister', like they have earned the right to be called mister, can you imagine it "Now mr Paedo can you tell me in your own words, but not if you find it too distressing cos I don't want to upset you, why did you rape and murder those nasty children" this is exactly how it is getting if one of the shits complains about us it is up to us to prove our innocence which isn't easy when you are suspended, makes you wonder just who are the bad guys and who are the good guys :rant:

Prison service is a joke, my next door neighbour works at Swaleside, a max security one on Sheppey, he went in on Xmas day, fed the cons Turkey and all the trimmings, or any other dish from a vast menu, did he get a Xmas dinner?? did he feck! had to take sarnies in, and they are not allowed to eat any food not dished out to the cons, who did enjoy Xmas, cos they have PS2's, widescreen tellies, Video/DVD players, etc etc etc. Pisses you right off, what feckin punishment is that? this whole country is being taken over by feckin do-gooders who know sod all. c7u8

Christmas last year one of our older paedo's was put on basic and had his tv taken off him, residential governor gave him it back, when asked why he said "have you ever seen a grown man cry?" no wonder so many of my colleagues are on the sick with stress!

OK Guys

All agreed on positive action,

Now he is due to pay 1500 on Friday to keep up to date.

I am tempted to just tell him now to clear the house by the weekend ahich gives him 3 days to move his people, I would also tell the tennants to leave.

upside is that he has a chance to move them down side is that he has time to prepair for my guys at the weekend, he could change the front door lock and fill the house with mates and he definately wont pay the money.

alternative is go in on Sat and tell people to leaave, change locks and help them pack, if they have nowhere to go to they will be very hesitant to go.
Upside is he might pay the money, and they cannot prepair for me.

The alternative is to go there Friday Lunch time when they are out and change the locks, generally they are out during the day.

What do u think

first just make it look like you just want the money in full or you gotta get medieval, then take the money and chuck the fucker and anyone and anything in it out, change the locks and board the windows or put someone in straight on, sorted (help still offered if needed)

having had some experience in this type of thing

i would not let him know in advance that your chucking him out, just turn up and do it, for a start all he has to do is get the Police there and your games over, dont worry about where they go , thats there problem, also if you have a load of your mates there then they can be witness to him saying that HE WANTS to leave!!!! i agree with Frenchuk, either board it up or put someone that can look after themselves into the house straight away. if you ever saw the Hard bastard programmes .the guy on there , Dave Courtney, would go in and give them 2mins to get out or they will get hurt, if you say that in a certain way with a certain attitude!!then they will go.
