If exonerated (which I think is unlikely)......maybe legally, certainly not morally.My learned friend should watch Mrs. Brown's Boys - D'Movie. He would there discover that the aforementioned Mrs. Brown was feckin' exhonerated.
Its the likes of you and me that pay into the system while this lot don't but are happy to take from it.
Don't mistake this for something similar to pension contributions being tax free - this is just a mechanism to avoid paying tax....and one that fails the 'sniff test' in every possible way.

Plenty of others as well. At least Jimmy Carr had the decency to admit he made an error of judgement, this lot just take th e high ground by saying that everyone i.e. panorama and the press are picking on them...but don't have the balls to challenge them in court.
Hopefully HMRC will have their day in the sun on this.
