Up until recently, I was the proud owner of an '04 BBird and a '99 CBR1000FX but was struggling to justify having two bikes that serve the same purpose (in essence). I decided to get an all rounder that I could use for a bit of rough. I sold the thou' to a mate and was looking for an Africa Twin to replace the void in my garage but couldn't find one for the right price/condition.
Passing by a dealer, I spotted an absolute bargain an '04 KTM 950 Adventure (with extras) for ?6,500 so I put down a deposit and rushed home to phone Honda Insurance.
The Result.....................
?20 to amend policy details and the KTM is covered comprehensively ! I did think that they would be a bit funny as it wasn't a Honda but will never doubt them again. :bow: :bow: :yo: :bow: :bow:
Shame more insurers don't follow.
