ok mate im low bird from southport merseyside like you im the wrong side of 50 i have a 1999 bird not a fast rider and a big gut married for 30 years like you take pride in my bike 2 adult kids i am deaf because of an accident in my teens i lip read but very well so no problems are there any other deaf riders out there like me in this part of the show let me know but i cannot sign if that whats you do i only lip read :beer:

Hi lowbird, well Southport is only down the road from here init? I aint deaf as in totally deaf, but since last year after returning from an air flight from the states my ears never seemed to fully recover. I have had this constant ringing in my head (no not voices, I said ringing). Some days I'm OK, others deaf as a post so have to go and have a hearing test next week. :bang:

Seems I'm not the only old duffer here after all theres quite a few:lol:
