Just had the car MOT'd - different one from last year as that one has been forced out of business due to re-development.
Now, at last years MOT the front tyres needed replacing. Garage did this and handed out the necessary MOT.
Tester this time say the front tyres are 'directional' and rotating the wrong way. The tyres have not been off the car in the past year. Tester swaps the tyres round and passes the MOT.
The car is a 1.4 Renault Clio and the tyres are standard branded 155x13's. There are no directional arrows on the sidewall or any notes saying that they are directional. I have never come across this before and there is nothing in the handbook.
Can anyone shed any light?? or was the tester having me on?? :dunno:
