I'd decided not to post on here or anywhere else of my experience with your so called repair but as you'd come back on I thought I'd just let you know I don't welcome you.
Your repair was nearly as bad as your attitude diabolical
You ever heard of customer care you can get on some really good courses.

Without going into the whole nitty fucking gritty sorry story
you did a repair on my nose cone
I was not happy with the result
It was sent back
You said it was damaged in transport by Parcelforce
beyond repair
I tried to make a claim from them
but after you had pissed them off with obscenities they refused to return to your premises because of your attitude
I soothed the situation and they finally agreed to inspect it
they refused to pay the claim as they said it wasn't packed well enough
I'd sent it in a Panasonic television box well padded and protected
They're excuse was it could have been in a metal box but if it was damaged in transit they would view that as being
inadequate
I asked you to send it back which you did in the same box which I'd used the box showed no sign of
damaged yet the pigs ear part of the nosecone which you'd plastic welded was broken which is strange
I asked for my money back which you'd charged for the repair
you refused saying the repair standard was good
so why did I complain about it
There were 23 issues with it from the plastic weld being visible
runs in the paint
bits of fluff in the paint
bad prep around the fastener area
white primer showing through the blue paint around the screen edge and back edge of the weld area where it had been over buffed
dulled patches in the finish
paint colour match was way out so bad it looked like two tone
not enough paint in the air intakes and below headlight
The silver halo around the headlight was crooked and the paint orange peeled
no Honda badge fitted and lacquered over as requested
after a few emails you offered a credit note for any future work I'd have done with you yeah right
what fucking planet you living on
Maybe the crap work you did for 3 of us on here and the hassle you then caused us were isolated jobs BIRD peeps can decide that for themselves
I myself am in no doubt
bottom line, customer not happy,not able to rectify the situation, give money back it's what you should have done
So do stay on BIRD please I'll watch with the greatest of interest any further work you may tout for :k
