Strange isn't it how you can travel a route day in day out, know the route like the back of your hand, and mostly you enjoy the route but sometimes you have a really crap ride, coming home from work this morning was one of those rides, (it's only 10 miles) and I can't even blame weather conditions although it was slightly chilly. oh well setting off for work in half an hour, hopefully a better ride.

Absolutely, there are days when I feel like I'm cooking and others I wished I'd stayed in bed, the ride in this morning I wished I had stayed at home....

On Sunday I rode like a right wuss,,, I had a terrible feeling I was going to make a right cock-up and didn't relax the whole trip. Just knew I was not at my best. Lovely weather all the way to Llandovery to see Stan....NOT THERE just some peeps you can not rely on....ahem...no arrangement made...just hoping!

yeah normally travel the 19 miles to work on one of the Aberfreeze's best bike roads (south Deeside). sometimes I just can't be ersed. tho i think the to$$ers in the landrovers and the fact I'm traveling to work may have something to do with it.

Other times tho ............................ you know the rest!

I love the sound Acroprovic and intake howl in the morning.
