And others that may have any news on this. As you may or may not have been aware, there was a charity bike ride in aid of the Essex Air Ambulance on the 4th Sept. Now several members of the bike club that I am assosiated with have heard that EssexFM, the local station providing "Entertainment" made a charge for their presence. Fair enough, they have over heads to cover but we have heard that the fee was 40-50% of the takings from the event. At the moment this is just speculation and heresay but I was wondering if anyother members from this area have heard something similar.
