I haven't watched Dr Who since probably the 1960s but my interest is piqued so I'll give it a spin.

Well I managed the first twenty minutes before switching it off - seemed pretty childish to me.

While looking for it on catch up I happened across an old episode where the doctor went back in time with the aim of assassinating Hitler in the 1930s. Sounded like a great storyline. Got five minutes into that one before switching it off.

Funny how different people like different tv programmes.

My 'must watches' at the moment are the second series of Snowfall and Get Shorty. Even if I do need the subtitles on to understand the American accents!

I am really enjoying it... Right amount of humour and good story line.. Interesting the Doctor has been given three 'companions'
Maybe the script writers /producers are hedging bets in case she could not pull it off ( which I think she has done, in spades !

I won't watch Nurse Who out of principle.

I'm watching something far more intelligent and up my street, Pretty Little Liars on Netflix.

Most dramas by the BBC are totally biased towards the lefty liberal gay ethnic feminist brigade.
My wifes mate was raving about a Drama called Killing Eve recently...we gave it a go. Thats a few
hours of my life that I will never get back...All of the bosses and smarty types were women, all of the
men were either gay or useless cnuts..or both.Every politically biased box was ticked ..
And now we have a girly Dr Who..Glad that I stopped watching when Tom Baker left.

Tom Baker wouldn’t fit in the Tardis nowadays !
Even the new one .... which is much better than previous versions, why ? Well it dispenses custard creams !!
I quite like the new Doctor , tho the last episode was a bit lame!

She's from Yorkshire so you know she's never going to get a round in.
