OOPPPS Put this post in the wrong one.
Would like to fit aftermarket exhaust to my 04 BB any ideas, don't want to rejet if I can help it.....not to bothered about BHP increases.

If you've got an '04 bike you'll struggle to re-jet it....it's fuel injected !!!!! :}

The ECU will compensate for the weaker mixture but you could always fit a Power Commander to achieve optimum results.

but you may have to rejet the exhaust steve, normally on the escape side , larger bore is normally better.
