I don’t wear that….apparently last season combined with the previous two is the latest breach.

it Is a three year rolling period that is assessed…….the previous offence doesn’t give a get out of jail card for the next couple of years.

its all very well talking about stitch up,etc…..the management of the club has been truly awful And that is where the fingers should be pointed.…have a read of The findings from the first offence is in the Premier League website…..it doesn’t make pretty reading. All clubs voted that breaching the rules when they were introduced gave a ‘sporting advantage’ and as such points deduction is the only available punishment.

The rules are clear & if they are broken then punishment follows, this is the reason Leeds were going to sue Everton but they should have threatened to sue forest as well as deductions last season would have seen Leeds stay up, personally I didn’t want us to stay up & have another season like that, sadly it’s the fans who suffer.

The Premier league are saying they have fixed a date for Man City's inquiry, they won't tell anyone when it Is and no doubt nothing will happen.

Still waiting on information about Chelsea's breach of the rules.
