The Track
Circuito del Jarama is set in the rolling hills just North of Madrid with the majestic Guadarrama Mountains providing a stunning backdrop to all the track action. This impressive 2.4 mile ex F1, GP circuit is a highly technical and absorbing track offering an unequalled combination of the thrills of tracks like Oulton Park and the prestige of circuits like Silverstone.
There are a dazzling array of corners to negotiate ranging from blind cresting lefts to downhill gravity defying rights that corkscrew back up-hill, and a mind bowing opening radius downhill right that fires you out on to the start / finish straight where the sheer vastness of Jarama hits you as you squint into the distant haze trying to pick out the first corner and wondering how late to leave you braking this time!

Here?s the spec:

? 2.391 miles
? Prestigious F1 and GP pedigree
? Main straight over half a mile long.
? 13 curves. 8 rights and 5 left.
? There are curves of every type: fast, slow, running both up and down hill.
? Minimum width 12m.
? Situated 27km North of Madrid.

Mike Weaver powers for the "D" in Bridgestone - with no view over the 100mph crest choosing that line is crucial!
