I went to see Tim at race developments in Gloucester yesterday to have the power commander mapped.
I've been running it on the micron map although the bikes fitted with blueflames there was no listing for them first run it was making 134bhp and 77lb torque
after setting it up which took 2 hrs this went to 140bhp and 83bl torque

On test riding it on the road there was a slight hesitation in the fuelling at 2000 rpm another couple of runs on the dyno more test rides and hey presto it's now spot on Tim spent 5 hrs in all getting it right yet only charged the standard fee great Guy

A 100m ride back home was brill more power everywhere better throttle response the engine spins up a lot more freely
fuel consumption should also improve although I was already very please with the returns I was getting before.

all in all power commander oxygen eliminator and dyno time has set me back ?415 but I'm so pleased with the results it is worth it
Plus I know that it's burning fuel as it was meant too before the fooking euro wankers decided to stick in the green issues on pollution

Great stuff mate..

I keep on telling folk PC are NOT plug and play as they say they are.. In fact I am seriously considering going to the Advetising standards agency about them,,,
In recent months I have had three people come here with VERY sick bikes directly attributable to the fitting of a PC..

Fitting a PC is worth whiile and indeed a 'must' if changing cans and filter, but please folks, take heed of Blu and spend the time and money having the things set up properly..

I have NOTHING to gain by telling you this.. I aint got a rolling road, aiont done the DynoJet course.. so all I am getting out of this is knowing I am giving good advice !

Downloading a map wil get it roughly right.. but ONLY roughly..

Yep your spot on John as I said I down loaded the micron map which I was told would be fine with the blueflames and that even the standard map would work ok but when it was run up it was running very weak in some areas and very rich in others

I would but it'll cost just to find out and it's a 100m away on only 3rd party ins

the silver one ran up to 185 mph on the readout blu I was told showed 201mph done before I owned it
theres no doubt that blu would blow the silver one even now I've had it sorted

so anyone out there wanna very fast bird 3k ono
