DVLA..........................W*****s

Have just sold my car in PX for another, supposed to collect new one Saturday.


So trip over to the DVLA orifice in Maidstone today, armed with all paperwork etc to have private plate transferred from car to bike, should be a 5 minute job.............................

Q'd for over an hour.............


Only to be told that they do not do tranfers over the counter any more, and it will take 7 - 10 working days to process, what about me new car I cries, you will have to wait for it they says! :bang: Upshoot is that my car from saturday is uninsured, so it cant be used, seems i cant get my new one until next week sometime.

So I loses my rag and tore into em, so much so a manager was summoned whom I told, what a bunch of useless tossers they were, not only can you not get transfers over the counter (Still costs ?80 though) but peeps are now scared of sending in liecenses in case they come back with a catagory missing, what sort of company etc is it.

So i nominates DVLA as WANKERS of the week, no year, no decade.............

I got caught the same way couple of weeks ago

I asked the question "How much to build this new fancy building then?"

Answer "...?10 milion"

Just to foward mail onto Swansea?
