Easy!

The judge will ban him from driving, give him 6 points on the license he has not got fine him ?20 for no insurance and tell him not to be a naughty chappie next time.

In other words fook all as usual c7u8

It depends on how far over the limit he was.

If he's in the lower levels (1-2 times over) I think he's looking at a ban and largish fine. Any more than that and he may well go to jail.

He doesn't sound like the kind of bloke who's too bothered about the law if he goes about without a licence/insurance and over the limit, so is the punishment ever going to be enough?

In reality, 18 months ban, ?250 fine.

There will NOT be a custodial sentence if its his 1st time. :tosser:

Sad but very true 'ERIC', there's no deterrant for this henious misdemenour.
My brothers In-laws were both murdered by a drink driver in a 30 ton truck when it ran over the family car in standing traffic.

Looking at the 41 & 39 blown i'm sadly going to predict a 12 month ban only and maybe ?250 fine, i doubt very much that it will be any higher going off past experience of the judicial services.

And what sentence did that biker get for topping 150mph+ last year ?? You must have the patience of a Saint to do the job, John.

What's the current penalty for a undersized number plate ?? I wouldn't mind betting that I could get a similar fine for that offence !!!

If your lucky you get a rectification notice.

As rhino said ban and a fine. If the system is lucky you get them next time and put em inside. Trouble is even for driving while disqualified the starting point is community service. Not too long ago you banned them gave them the warning about driving again while banned and they knew they would go inside if they got caught. For some it makes no difference they just do not give a damn. :bang:

The son of a friend of mine went down for 3 months. 1st offence. Stayed with the parked vehicle he crashed into and asked a passer by to call the police. 3 times over the limit. He served 6weeks in Walton Nick.
