Last time I read about the C O W they had not finalized the actual planning permission as yet... verrrryyy big ask for them to have it anywhere near ready for next year ...

Silverstone must be favourite because there’s nowhere else to go – but it’s a right mess, no matter who's to blame.

Never had a problem with Silverstone and never really understood why folk hate the place so much – I suppose it all comes down to personal expectations.
Dunno what the prices are these days, though – probably costed beyond true value…
We’ve been a few times in the past and sampled different grandstands during the ‘freebie’ periods, but Becketts was our favourite place to be - we always enjoyed ourselves there.
Love the freebie buses, too – always thought that was a nice touch…
Gawd knows what’ll happen - and we won't till it happens – but it’s a long, long wait till Valencia… :whi5tl:

On site - the road development is already well underway with some serious civil engineering going on including an underpass specifically constructed for the circuit traffic
Funding, i understand has already been signed off and is in place ready to go
Believe me, COW will happen - but not until 2016 at the earliest
Truth be known, for spectators, Donington always was a money-ripping shite hols and always will be

I can remember at least two years when they changed the straw that soaks up the mud on the ?walkways? ? and they cleaned the toilets in 2009 ? what more do you want? :-0)

Our local club meets at the circuit bar every month. @tu*
May is going to be the next track night for us, £22 including curry/chilli and chips afterwards.

DA the club is the Anglesey Motorcycle Club.
There are two groups slow and nutters, the vid you showed 1st is typical of the slow group.
If thats is the guy I think it is taking the photos he is on a 961 Norton and doesn't/can't give it the berries.
We usually get 20 mins on track followed by nosh in the club house.
Not bad for a Monday night run out :-0)
The RAF also do a two day 'all day' track session on the air base over a weekend.
Costs about £100 for both days and is pretty safe being as the runways are so wide you
have to seriously make a cock up to bin it!
You do however have to know someone who works on the base to do that one.
