I have got sponsership from the outside world. The East Essex MCC has been more than generous so far, (near ?200 and still counting), I was just trying to draw attention to the fact that there are 5 of us from HERE that have pledged to help, it just feels like theres two.

update

well an update on how my weight loss is going!!
tonight I went with Tina "my partner" :k to her "slimming" club to be weighed and I am proud to announce that my weight tonight is a little DOWN from the 16 stone 3 lbs I started at,
and the woman running the club expressed great pleasure in just how much I have lost!! :}
and the total loss so far is,

Tonight, the lady's at Tina's slimming club "slimming world", made a VERY generous donation toward my efforts to raise cash for CLIC, they have a "tea" bar that the attendees get their refreshments from "after" being weighed, :} and they have donated ?50 toward my attempts for CLIC, this will go toward the cash also promised by a number of the members on this site and people I occasionally work with, :bow:
I cannot thank these Lady's enough as I attend only to keep track on how I am doing and am NOT a paying slimming world member,

Hey ianrobbo you should speak to my daughter she weighed 16 stone and now weighs 11! she did not go to slimming world or weight watchers she did it on her own!!!
