Customer relations at H.G.
Popped into my local Chester Gericke store looking for a helmet for the wife. Knew what we were after, she tried it on, great. But, we had seen it for ?25 cheaper in another bike gear place but a bit further away. So I ask the friendly staff
would they price match and save me a journey. "No" was the reply. Thats fair enough..... but, I was dressed from head to toe in Gericke kit including gloves, you'd have thought they would have made the effort for a customer who has spent quite a bit on their kit. :bang: Still it's a good excuse for a ride down to the bike gear shop at D&K for my purchase. :f
