Sorry to be a pain again does anybody recommend a certain coolant or mix for the BIRD

The Halfords stuff is just fine.
I use Halfords Ready Mixed Antifreeze which I believe others on here do as well.

I'm still waiting for so,some to use Evans Waterless coolant. Costs an arm and a leg including the stuff used to,purge the system of water but with hindsight I should have used it on my FI as it ran very VERY hot in heavy London traffic.
