Normally ?179... how many new batteries can you buy for that ...7-8 ???

only ever had to change a battery once on any of the bikes Ive owned..
take them off in winter and trickle charge them occasionally..
If you wish to leave it connected for the alarm then the ones Jaws does are fine...

false economy in my opinion

good looking AND modest
it's ok if you want you credit card details to go "missing" me I'll stick with Jaws!! that way, we will at least have someone that is actually "on our side" and not going to kill off all the "competition" and then rip us all off with stupid prices as soon as they can get away with it!!
look at 1200 Pete maybe if a few more had "supported" him and shopped there instead of just asking him questions about stuff bought elsewhere, he MAY still be in business, small business on your "local" high street are going to the wall the same way, and when your "supermarkets" start to provide 2nd class service and higher prices with no back up or personal service it will be too late
there thats why I bought my stuff from Jaws and Pete:bow:

My question was aimed more at the fact that the prices are so different that i thought they may have been two different products but still from Oxford.
I bought my oximiser from JAWS anyway along with a whole host of extras for the new bike and in fact its charging my battery now since i went to go this evening to find it flat.
If JAWS holds it in stock or can get it no matter what it is i'll always get it from him for the simple reason that he knows what he's talking about and the service is faultless, as for 1200pete, i'm afraid that i didn't have the money to get anything until it was to late, there were several things i needed from his site that JAWS didn't do at the time and i would have got the items from him.

Ianrobbo - Have you had any luck finding those clocks/rev counter yet, i've run searches all over the place and they seem to be like gold dust, plenty of birds being broken for spares but no clocks.:dunno:
