Hoping to make it up to Peterborough on Sunday. Picking up me 'new steed' on Saturday so it could be the maiden voyage with SWMBO on the pillion.

Jaws is up there all weekend, I believe.

The weather forecast has been looking good all week.......today, it's changed to rain tomorrow and cloudy with showers on Sunday.

Every bloody time I buy a new bike it pisses down on me ride home on it !!!! :B

I saw the bike on the Avon stand but wasn't sure if it was Pete. I visited the bar a few times midday Saturday so didn't recognise anyone/anything afterwards.

Got exactly what I was after, Dainese Gore-tex gloves ?25 and a new in the box K&N for the bird for ?10. Waterproof gear was certainly the clothing to be wearing Saturday, never got a bit wet with my suit on.
Saw two Blackbirds travelling in the other direction near Boston on the way back, Sunday, anybody on here ?

Went on the Saturday - only wanted a new visor for the X-ceed, ended up buying an X-spirit. :dunno:

Hung around the Avon stand for about 10 minutes in the afternoon until the heavens opened again but no-one I recognised was around.
