BMF Bargains

So what did you buy? What was your best bargain? And how much cheaper can someone find it online post-show. man8um

I bought a Shark RSR in "MUST RED" colour for ?250. I'd seen one in the cattle-sheds for ?180'ish but I didn't want blue. I've checked online and I think I got a bargain?

Got a pair of Sidi Vertabrae II's in red to match my bird (almost) for ?110.00. Not seconds, cheapest we saw at the show. Well pleased. :}

Just got home......what a glorious weekend !!!! The sun shone and there were bargains aplenty !!!!

New lid....AGV, ?179-00 and knocked down to ?49-00 !!! Summer weight race gloves knocked down to ?15-00, so that's me sorted for the impending track day !!!! :} :}

Ordered a couple of bits for the 'Bird so watch for piccies once they get delivered.

Oh.....and organized a test ride day at local dealership.......but I'm not saying what make of bike they sell. R#?

the roads darn sarf were more empty than usual as all the gypo's had gone North in search of bargains Excellent day scratching :yo: :}

I bought :-

2 compression bags, for camping
bike cover (to small)
waterproof over jacket (they threw in some clothing cleaner)
tinted visor
2 fookin expensive pasties & 2 teas ?9 :bang:
Overall not that impressed the main things we wanted were 2 new jackets, we found them, only to discover they were ?20 each dearer than the shop price, tried bargaining but he would only knock ?10 off each :f .
Some of the stuff Hein Gericke & some other stalls were trying to sell damaged was a joke :rant: .
If you take off entrance fee, fuel & food & drink did you get any bargains ? :dunno:
But on the positive side we had good day out with our mates (the ones we lost, sorry I d'int know the bandstand had gone :blush: )
Ps the guy we got the tinted visor off, 'said it was illegal for my Mrs to wear on the back of the bike', how's that then ?

Had a great day at the bmf, just got hit by the sun and now paying for it just got back to the isle of Wight, met a few people up there :yo: had a new set of tyers put on the bike at the show, and spent way to much money on other goodies c7u8 ... Did anyone else notice where the bigest queue was at in all the show :dunno: !!!! you guest the cash point machine ...... :neenaw:

passed by the bmf friday night, shed loads of bikes heading south from oop here :bow:
and returned saturday morning, the boss said we couldn't go cos I had already spent up :bang: I was in "T" old jalopy, with a set of ladders on, so couldn't park it securely if she had given permission, to say I`m a bit jealous would be to put it mildly :xm

Got a pair of Sidi Black Rains for ?99 down from ?125 - as I didn't pay to get in, a bargain. First time I have seen 1200Pete's bike - very nice, mate. Did anybody else see the 2 dolly birds in the black bikini's knocking around - very tasty! :lick: Oh, and I've got a sunburnt head!

It wasn't bad this year, Andy. At least the entertainment was better, the food was almost edible, and the beer was cold and not overpriced.
