just tried to tax the bird and gov.uk told me to foff as its not got an MOT. Expired in June. Why can't they write to me like they do for Tax? Not paying them to send me a text either.

now seeing as you have an android thing or two, why not put it into the s planner app and have it remind you 4 weeks , then 3 weeks 2 weeks , 1 week before it runs out?

I usually put these things in my outlook calendar which syncs with my google calendar and my phone but I forgot this time

personally I use the calendar on my phone system for a reminder 1 month prior to MoT's, Insurances, and road tax irrespective of other reminders. I take responsibility for my actions instead of blaming / relying on someone else. The fuck up is yours, no one elses fault, YOURS.You are the epitomy of why the country is sinking as most seem to think it's everyone else fault. How long does it take to put a reminder in an electronic calendar, a manual calendar, a bit of paper, whatever. YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

You forgot for once but tried to blame someone else, when in fact you know it is you that fucked up. When I forgot that 2 of my bikes were out of MoT, I blamed myself and didn't bleat about it on here.

Feckin Government never sent me a reminder to check my tyre pressure, brake pads (shut the fuck up Ian) oil levels, windscreen washer level, lights, indicators, & as I rarely use the horn I think they should send a weekly reminder to check it.
