Now I know why, when we bought ours 15 (yes, really) years ago, we bought one in which the generator thingy rotated so it doesn't need a turntable. That way the cup is always facing the right way :yo:

Time how long it takes for a revolution and always put your coffee in for a multiple of that time. Problem solved

Thats what I like about big roughy toughy bikers, the abillity to discuss butch subjects as missing socks, hot coffee cups facing the wrong way, washer machines and microwaves, God bless us one and all.

Hmmmm, silver primer, isnt that a big advancement on red oxide.
Ahhh but the silver primer is the undercoat - the red oxide (a metal primer not plastic) ready for the clear red top coat prior to the laquered finish coat.

he sits and waits for a slightly bigger bite before striking and setting the hook.

Undercoat the layer that supports all others.

Little party tick for you.... get a medium size glass bowl, fill it up about half way with water, then place a standard light bulb in the water.

Pop it in the microwave (honestly) and turn it on for a few minutes, watch what happens!

Disclaimer - I have done this myself many times without any proplems but don't sue me if something goes wong!

Here's another one for you, Plastic disposable milk carton half full of petrol, piece of tin foil taped to out side of carton. Turn microwave on full power for 3 mins and from a very safe distance see what happens.

Disclaimer, if this is attempted it will feck up your kitchen and burn your house down. If you stand to close it will kill. it wont do your microwave any favours either. This is best attempted with Ian Robbos microwave in open air.
