bloody bloody BLOODY HELL

Have to vent my frustration!!! I am a qualified plumber and I am working on my own shower room at the mo...Just installed the new loo, which is one of those fancy twatty things that the missus likes, and of course, got no room behind it to even slither a fag paper behind, let alone my big mitts.....Anyway, did put and iso valve on it but of course there is no room to switch it on with a screwdriver once installed so basically had to install it by turning the mains water off then install using those bloody push-fit couplers..........switch the mains back on and run upstairs to admire my work and YEP...pissing water everywhere...so had to leg it back downstairs to switch off again by which time I've got a bloody reservoir up there.....fookin' priceless!!!Now I've got another bloody hour and a half's work to take it back off again.


Will now be accepting new ideas for a different job

I laugh with you, not at you, thank you for applying a grin so wide to my fizzog that I'm gonna need plastic surgery to remove it. Now, I'm an unqualified plumber and I have one of those twatty in line water filters that the previous owners "installed" (read, self tapped and cannot be fucking isolated), and fast forward a year or so to when I decide it's time to replace the cartridge..... yep, it leaks, so I turned it off totally. Last weekend I am literally just walking out of the door to go to London for the weekend when my fine lady says "hmmmm there seems to be a lot of water around here", and sure enough the isolator has failed, so I can't leave her swimming all weekend, therefore a quick bodge job and cue large plastic container to catch one drip every 5 mins or so that needs emptying every 4 days and needs a real plumber to sort, electrics? love em, water? a regal pain in the arse ................

Well, all done and no more leaks, thank god........Rob, I would bang out a number or two but my fingers are a bit cut up at the mo so will have to wait a few days.....Still, its amazing how much better I seem to work when I've got the music blaring out..:yo:
