I presnted a lecture to a group of 70 odd young bankers today.

Staggeringly very few of them knew anything about Barings, Worldcom, Blue Arrow or Polly Peck.

Wht do I just know that all the hard lessons from the past have already been forgotten and the same mistakes will be made again.

Of course, while you have, bankers, greed, theft, manipulation, deceit, corruption and callous princiables in the same organisation the great un-washed will get fucked over, time and time again
