No Mitch.. at least not in the normal run of things..
Of course someone may have had it restricted for some reason..
In the UK I have seen a couple of Birds restricted to just 33BHP so they can be used on a limited licence..
The only sure way to find out Mitch is to bite the bullet and put it on a rolling road..
The following is really for your info mate.. Basically as long as you see around the 133 BH figure you know it aint restricted.. must above and chances are tyour being pandered to, but that makes no odds.. the important thing is that you will know whether your bike is restricted or not...
Out of the several hundred I have checked now almost every single one of the standard bikes produced between very high 132 and mid 134 bhp at the rear wheel.. A set of cans will generally liberate 4 or 5 BH etc etc..
The reason I mention these figures is cos a lot of rolling road places like to massage your ego with big numbers ( a lot of the American guys really believe their stock birds are producing well over 140 BH.. and one noteable reckoned he had 164 just cos he had fitted a pair of Erin cans ! ..
Now I am not mocking / knocking in any way shape or form the folks who own the bikes.. it is entirely down to the idiots running the rolling roads..
And I tell you this just as a sort of 'fore warned is fore armed' kinda thing
