Well i have bean trying to put this of as long as possible but the time has come to part with my blackbird due to me having no job soon. There closing my line down because they can make it cheaper abroad

theres a LOT of money tied up in the bike at the moment, money you wouldn't see even if you did decide to sell, so "cutting your losses" at this time would leave you worse off, no bike no cash,
and redundancy has its benefits, you may or may not get a wedge, if you don't, :dunno: insurance will tied you over until you can get another job and you can sign on straight away, :dunno: not perfect I know but at least its not as dark as you are looking at it m8, :dunno:

That's probably sound advice Ian.

Don't know if it's just in the South.....but BlackBird's ain't selling at the moment.The local Bike Trader and MCN have a couple of dozen every week, 2001/02 models with all the useful bits fitted, and they are in there week after week at ?5000-5500, not sold.
E-bay is the same story.....I watched a 2002 model last week and the bidding stopped at ?3500, reserve not met.

Maybe it's the poxy weather to blame ??? :dunno:
