Erm......youtuber and social media-ist.

Did you have trouble reading the first two posts?
No, but what makes him an expert?
I've got mates who have ridden for a long time but I wouldn't read and believe a review they had written.

Where did he get a SR71 from to fly?
Silly sod..... of course he's not going to fly it.

He'll taxi it up and down some A and B roads and then give it a blast up the motorway, probably with a full set of luggage and a pillion.

Used to subscribe to his youtube channel..But stopped watching him ages ago,,
The "Hello Kids" started to get up my nose..and he rarely says anything bad about
a bike anyway.Oh and he owns a Bmw GS..!! Enough said :BangHead:

I watched a few of his vids but nope, not really for me.
However,
I don't know if I can call myself an expert on Birds ( I let others do that LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :risas3: :risas3: ) but I have a beemer..........

I do not think anyone can give a meaningful review of a bike unless they have used it for at least a year covering everything from a trip to the local shops to a trip of a couple of thousand miles ( if possible and realistic.. obviously not so on the average 125 for instance even though there are many folk who have done it ! )

After the debacle of the customising of his Enfield 650 Intercepter I'd say he's far from being an expert

His mannerisms and crap audio are enough to switch off.
Why has he left it this long to review the
Bird? Can't be that savvy about legendary
bikes then. No doubt he will compare the Bird to that other ugly skudzuki and i'm sick of hearing that comparison too.
Sorry....i'm out.

TMF's review is up on YouTube now, if anyone wants to watch and take the piss out of him.

Just watched it, well I say watched, I got bored around 5 minutes in & didn't bother with the rest. I've tried watching some of his other content & had the same feeling of boredom so never watched all the way through. I get the impression he doesn't really know what he's talking about and is more about 'being nice' rather than an honest review.

He may have covered this, I don't know but after my 12 years of ownership, I found the standard seat uncomfortable, the stretch over the tank painful on the wrist after a couple of hours riding (I'm 5'10), the standard suspension needing work amongst other things and I'm pretty sure they came out in 1996, not 1997.

I’m with you on the standard seat…a decent aftermarket job makes a world of difference.

Its really odd.. and I have mentioned it before
I always liked the standard seat, even after 8 or 10 hours of riding
Definitely not. Maybe I'm just too boney.
(And don't go twisting that :D)
I got a king n queen, it's so different.
