blacbird vs zzr

hi i am thinking of getting a bigger bike i have narrowed it down to a zzr 1200 or blackbird can you give mea reason i should go for the bird top speed is not a concern many thank`s

I test road a ZZR1200 back in 2002/3 just before buying the Blackbird. To be honest the only thing apart from it being bloody ugly that put me off was the Honda was much better made.

When I looked around I found that the BB always seemed to have held up much better than the ZZR of the same year.

You haven't said what year you are looking at but the ZZR is only available in CARB fueling.
If you want Fi - it may need to be a BB

yes thanks im looking at about 2004 i have around 3000 to spend as i want a decent size bike that i can use all year

I would go for the ZZR as at least you won't have to use this forum

Love both bikes, but personally just love the way the bb feels and rides. Since becoming a bird rider cant find anything else that compares, wish honda will make them again
