i love my cheeses and will try any local delicacy when I can. When in Norway I’ll try and find some Gamalost and see how effective it is
I couldn’t find any of the Sardinian cheese when I was there a few years ago, I believe it has to be kept away from everyone, apart from those in ‘the know’ as it’s illegal to sell
it’s a gloriously sunny start to the day. Almost warm when we were out for walkies just now.
