3" (8cm) of the soft fluffy stuff here according to my tape measure, but it's crisping up nicely now. Should be quite solid by morning.
Didn't go in today on instructions from work, but Poor Old Al did. It took him an hour (usually 30 mins) and there was a good 6" at Kemble. His boss let him leave at 4pm again instead of 5:30 and our lot have said we'll be open tomorrow and up to us whether we make the attempt.
We've had nowhere near what was forecast (15-30cm possibility of over 40cm), but Kemble's forecast was about right as they were due for 10-15cm possibility of over 20cm and they had around 15cm.
