Simple answer, change your bulb.
As I put in a recent post, having just replacing my HID's with LED's, Honda got the headlight absolutely spot on, it was the bulbs that were below standard!

After I've finished paying for new plastics, a total respray and new cans, if I've any money left I'm going to look at LEDs
