It was noticed at high road speed during testing the brake light was flickering

All birds are the same.. If you feel the front brake lever it is a different shape to the clutch. The leading edge is tapered

What do you know about the history of the Bird or what oddities have you noticed ?

The Robin is the slowest bird in the world. Must be something to do with the red splash on its chest.

For over a year the seat sub frames were made slightly out of true.
Within tolerance but enough to see the whole seat and subsequently the exhaust is slightly biased to the right

In physics blue has a shorter wavelength than red.. It oscillates typically twice the speed...
