I`ve just had word from Bert and the Spanish trip guys, it appears that our own Buzz has had an off in Spain and has a badly broken right leg. No other vehicles involved.
I`ll update with more news as i receive it.

Had mail from Gill, aka Mrs Buzz

Hi Gill here. Just thought I'd let you know Allan's been involved in an accident in Spain on his bike. At the present time its understood he's broken his femur. Bike is no more!!! It transpires that they weren't going at great speeds due to wet road conditions about 30 - 40 miles per hr. Any how the bike at some point just went from under him & he went with the bike along the road. What broke his leg was the fact he hit a road side bollard. I'm currently waiting an update from the hospital, it could have been worse!!
