"Bikers Oracle" track day 2008

You are all invited to a Bikers Oracle Trackday that will be held during summer 2008.

The goal is to try and get 90-100 people so we can book one of the following tracks (whole day / full circuit). If anyone requires accommodation please post your requirements and we will try to arrange this for you the best we can. Poll is up with the flowing track choices:

Donington
Silverstone
Cadwell
Mallory park
Oulton
Angelsey

UPDATE 12-02-2008:
Spoke with Donington-park directly

There is a Track Attack event that is on the weekend. This is for the GP circuit (Full circuit) but again at 98 db

Sun 11-May-08 Track Attack ? Bikes http://www.donington-park.co.uk/trackattack/

Track Attack Day costs ?145 (April-September)

They can provide 10% Discount but unfortunately they wont give the mentioned discount unless the payment is done at once.

http://www.trackdays.co.uk/tracks/donington-park.htm can book it for us but only at 5% discount.

So there are three options.
1 book direct and ask for all of us to be in the same group.
2 send me a cheque and I will book for everyone direct that sends me a cheque with 10% discount
3 Call, pay and Book it through trackdays.co.uk direct with the 5% discount.

I don't mind the hassle to get the cheques and pay but I'd prefer option 3.
I'd appreciate if I can have some feedback from you lot so to know everyone's say about this.
If I don't get any replies by tomorrow (at the central thread) I will go with option 3.

Please also have a look at the list if you are on / changed yer mind / not suitable days /want to come etc.

UPDATE 15-02-2008: Last in regards of booking the day (I hope)
Details in my first post

Apologies for changing the date again for the trackday but this is the final change I promise. It is booked for Tuesday 01/04/2008 Donington Park GP, 3 groups no db limit 20 min sessions . Registration 7:30-8:00am, time on track from 9am to 5pm. normal price ?145. For a group of 10 and more i negotiated ?130. This is a focused events trackday with instructors. I have used them before and they get my vote.

How to pay and book please read first post. Also anyone on the list that cant make it please say so. The list has changed over the last few weeks so please have a look at it and confirm your availability. Also if someone wants to come along please contact me if you wanna save a tank of fuel

Can you please say so if you're coming or not. I need 10 people to get the discount and until now I only got an email from just one lad. Need to have the cheques by Monday 25th February 2008.
