Just invested in B2B intercoms

Works great up till 70mph - after that wind noise blocks any decent conversation.

Any ideas how to improve?

Shock:eek: Fat Bert asking a real question!!:p :p

The real answer to your question is that you should have bought Autocom they are the best in the business and has been proven time and time again.

Autocom systems are pricey but well worth the money as you will go two or three cheaper systems for the price of one Autocom.

I have rider to pillion Autocom and with earplugs its useless over 60mph so not evryone is pleased with Autocom, so maybe you bought the right one anyway.

Ref... Autocom...

If the speakers are put in the correct position in the helmet (as per the instructions) you should be able to hear normal speech clearly up about 130 mph (I can clearly hear Jan screaming at anything up to 165mph-hee hee hee)

As for the bike to bike, I have just invested today in a Kenwood system to add on to my Autocom system.. This is the very same system that the formula one teams use in the pitlanes, so it should be ok...

All I have to do now is fit it :( and set it up :( :(

See ya all soon,

Rolfy Dave

Hate to say it, but....

...it could be some time, as I have yet to fit...

1...Scottoiler

2...new chain & sprocket set

3...Ohlins rear shocker (bugger, have I mentioned that again??)

4...Kenwood bike to bike radio (to fit into Autocom intercom)

BTW.. the Kenwood radio is the same unit and headset fitted to the Williams formula one team radio setups...Posey or wot ???

Lets get some time off work....

Love to you n Kitt

ear bashing

Who the bloody hell wants to be talking to anybody at the time of riding for MEGA pleasure. You keep listening to the dragon or anybody else for that matter when you are riding (or driving) and what happens? You bend metal or scratch plastic.
Take my word for it. BIN THE BLOODY THING!!!!!!
Your very good friend with very sound advice.

I second that motion

Couldn't agree more Pete M8. I go out on the bike to de-stress, have fun and get away from all that b#ll#x. besides the ear pieces hurt any way.

If you must communicate just a few pre arranged hand signals should do the trick,,, including the BIRD for the other prats on the road.:}
