Sphere, S & Q has a point. If you still have the originals sell the Corbin and pipes on eBay (or to someone on here) and refit the originals. When you sell the bike it is unlikely a buyer will pay much, if any, extra for them.

Sorry you have to sell. Just remember to look away as the new owner rides off. If you watch her go off into the sunset there'll definately be :B

Just had a look in the Glass's guide FWIW.
With 14k miles on the clock, ?4,075 trade, retail @ about ?5k, private ?4.5 if ya lucky.

good news for you, but bet he won't budge much on the price of the RR (i.e. he's got to be making his margin somewhere). It could even be on what he sold to the previous owner of the RR, but if I were you I'd snap his hand off if ya happy with that 'cos he's offering you over the odds for it.

Trouble is I don't know if I can live with the RR on a daily basis. Thinking of getting a CBR600F and I still have my 400RR for the lunatic twisties. I need to be able to transport files back and forward to my office 80 miles away and ensure they don't get wet. Tankbag on the 600RR versus a box on the 600F. Decisions, decisions.

FWIW and as you have said yourself, do you need two rr's

The cbr600f is a very capable bike and will be more USEABLE as a form of transport an you have your "toy " to play on in the 400.

Just wish i could afford two bikes , :B:p

As you know, the RR and CBR,F are totally different machines. Is there that much difference in the handling between the 600RR and your 400RR?
Given the circumstances & needs you've explained, I'd consider selling the Barge and the 400RR and replacing them with the CBR600 & the 600RR; just a thought.
