What is the legal postition regarding Bicycle lanes? can motorbikes use them?
It only says bicycle because it has two wheels I thinkJaws said:It does indeed say Bicylce on the V5, but it is also a motorvehicle ..
I mean, titanium owners know how accurate the V5 is.. look at the colour !
And if you think thats odd.. a good many Smart Car owners have on the V5 that their ForTwo is a three seater.. Fook knows where the third seat is spos'd to be !
:xm of course, that could be a red herring:dunno:Barrie said:It only says bicycle because it has two wheels I think

If its a good argument someone desperate ,somewhere will have tried it already?BlackBirdBaz said:Yes But No But Yes But on the V5 for your 'bike' it is classed as a 'Bicycle' under taxation class ?

Stevebrooke said:IMO a motorcycle is a MOTOR VEHICLE and is therefore subject to all the laws/rules relating to cars/vans/buses/lorries and other MOTOR VEHICLES I can't immediately bring to mind.
In the Road Traffic Act a motor vehicle is described as a "mechanically propelled vehicle intended or adapted for use on a road".

......but herrings don't have any wheels, so are they allowed in the bicycle lane then:dunno:americanexpress said::xm of course, that could be a red herring:dunno:
