The Vango I have has a 2000mm hydrostatic head and didn't let a drop in at the Norfolk Bash.... and it rained for several hours a day.

Remember that little tent of mine !

6000mm head for the flysheet, 7000 for the groundsheet

I've been in constant rain for days in the Lake District, and the same in Scotland.
A cheap tent, in the Lakes cut short a holiday. From then on I went Terra Nova for sleeping under the stars.

The tent we bought was put up on the morning of the day of the rains, when half the south (and Gloucester & Tewkesbury) flooded. It was put up in a garden just outside Reading and when we went to look at it next morning, the inside was bone dry.

I've had my quasar tent 13 years in that time I have had Terra nova send me tent pegs out to cassablanca cos some thieving Arabs stole them in an Oasis in the middle of nowhere! I have had a new groundsheet re sown in at ?80 by the factory in Derbyshire
They NEVER LEAK
They are state of the art used in the remotest parts of the world and about 4KG and under ?500 unyet you guys have said hey buy.........

intercom ?250 GONE
Wow Avon Storms (today) ?220 GONE
Bike boots me n missus ?350-500 GONE
etc etc

I have used this tent every winter in places like "red tarn" Hellvelyn in deep winter.
buy it you will never regret it
