Ok folks.. opening the doors a week early this year cos I have had several enquiries...
Location.. as usual, Thetford Rugby Club
Dates of the Bash are the 25th to 28th of May inclusive.
Ticket price includes camping and entry into all silly games including the moped racing ( mopeds supplied ! )

Friday night ( if Aly and Mo are up for it again ) will be buffet night.. ?4.00 per head.. at the Rugby club bar
Saturday morning official start and gathering for ride out ( If you have down outriding please come and let me know, your help is needed ! )
Saturday evening is live music, speaches and the dread charity auction ( once again this will be time limited as per last year ) All proceeds to go to CLIC SARGENT
Sunday is silly games day ( Helpers for this would again be appreciated so step up ! )
Depending on how many people book I am gonna try and get another live band or some form of entertainment for the Sunday evening as we did last year..
Monday, official goodbyes clear ups and home journey ...
( Those living within easy travelling distance, please hang back a few minutes .. Some years only three of us have cleared the entire field of rubbish.. took over two hours. then, like last year, a wodge of us did it and finished in 15 minutes ! )

How about a reduction in price ?
The Rugby club has put its prices up but fortunately the entertainment is a few quid less....
Sooo,,,, Bike and rider is ?18.00 instead of ?22.00, and pillion remains at ?12.00

credit card or PayPal payment ( there is a few pence extra ( 72p for rider, 48p for pillion ) if you pay by credit card.. this is to cover what we are charged by the credit card company )

If you book by cheque please enclose a covering letter telling me the following, if you use a credit card please email me the following...
Your FULL name
How many people you are booking in and how many vehicles
Your current e-mail address ( without that you will not get confirmation and will not get your security number ! )
Do you want to book for the buffet ( do not include payment.. you pay the girls on the night.. this is just to make sure enough grub is done for every one ! )
There may be a Sunday roast available as in previous years.. roast and afters are about ?8.00 a head but the chef is currently in Bosnia or some such place so more info on that as and when.. But do indicate if you would like to book a Sunday dinner so we stand a chance of getting it organised
