We have just got a new no1 Governor, and apparently he told one of the dog handlers that he is going to get all staff to call prisoners MISTER, the governors and Principle officers are already doing it, if he thinks that the officers will do it then he is in for a big shock, it is about time these PC people realised that you can treat people with civility without respecting them,

Paedophiles are cured instantly because during their sentence they have not molested any children this appears to be the psychologist approach,
we are using a system of programmes in the prison service that Canada experimented with about fifteen years ago and decided that they didn't work.

Failing that, then 2nd best idea is Juicy's.. ets tatoo the twots all over their face..
Not only will it warn others but would be a constant reminder of how sick they are..
Instead of councilling we could offer them suicide help when it all gets too much for them..

I may have posted this before but between november 1999 and november 2000 I helped prevent seven attempted suicides,
With the first three I received letters of thanks from the governor, with the last four absolutely nothing, this got me thinking why am I doing this job?
I actually woke up about three o clock one morning thinking that how many kids have I sentenced to abuse or worse by not letting those prisoners carry out their suicides,
I informed one of the governors of my thoughts, and his reply was I think you may be in the wrong job, this was after twenty years service. maybe he thought I was joking (as I usually am) but I was deadly serious and the nature of the conversation was not jocular.
